Brekeke SIP Serverから反応がない場合
If Brekeke SIP Server shows message “No Response from SIP Server”, please wait for a while and try again later.
The reason there is no response from Brekeke SIP Server:
– When server PC CPU usage is high
In this case, Brekeke SIP Server admintool Web GUI may get a timeout while it is collecting the SIP Server’s status, and show above message. However, Brekeke SIP Server is still running and can handle calls. Brekeke SIP Server admintool Web GUI will show status again when it can get the SIP Server’s status without timeout.
– When TCP is used as transport but destination doest not support TCP or destination is not active at that time
In this case, OS will wait for the TCP response from destination until OS TCP time out, which makes service issue happen. Brekeke SIP Server will not accept new calls and Brekeke SIP Server admintool Web GUI shows inactive until TCP timeout length set on OS is reached.
