On [Brekeke PBX admintool] > [Users] > New/Edit, check the “forwarding destination (No answer)” option setting. It should display the telephone number (PBX user name) with the voicemail system prefix that is registered with the system (default prefix: vm).

If the number is registered correctly, and when the maximum number of rings allowed (in seconds) has been reached or the call cannot be connected (busy/rejected), your call should be sent to the voicemail system.
